It shows the amount of buffering, and after it buffer enough data, it starts playing the music. You can drag the pan slider to left and right to set the output level from left and right speakers.

If you need, you can click on the repeat and shuffle buttons so once the music finished playing, it will loop or goes to another random track if the shuffle is selected.

List of mp3 files are easy to scroll, so once you mouse over on the list, it will automatically scroll up and down and make it easy to navigate in the play list area.
