    G-chats has always provided prompt answers to any questions we have had in a very timely manner, even if we sent an e-mail at 2 am. Their knowledge of chats is outstanding and they are always willing to take the time to resolve any questions we have. Requested upgrades are usually provided if not within hours then certainly within a couple days of the request. Downtime with G-chats is virtually non-existant, which we find very impressive in today's world of chat.



    The cost of the service and product we use is very reasonable, and we would like to point out that compared to other companies we have used in he past, there is no other provider of chat that provides the same value and quality for the money spent. We would also like to mention that our organization was extremely impressed with the voluntary price reduction that G-chats recently implemented for the product we purchase from them.

    I just purchased the VisiChat System for my Internet Radio Station within the last couple of weeks.

    I had been using unstable chats for the last 2 and 1/2 years. All these chat systems all over the web , claiming to be the best but when I installed them , they were far from the best! I had originally started using VisiChat when I first opened my Internet Radio Station , but at that time could not afford to purchase it outright. Now we have gained some popularity , people are enjoying our station , and we felt it was time to stop messing with all the incompetent chats out there and get what we felt was the best. I am happy to report that we have been using this system with NO flaws , blurps , or lack of anything anywhere. To the VisiChat team . . . .WELL DONE ! We consider our station to be the best on the net , and your chat system helps us to keep that reputation ! My users LOVE the chat system , the stability , the options ! Thank You for providing a quality product which is a RARE thing in our world today ! I "HIGHLY" reccomend this chat to ANYONE who wants quality in their chat system !

    I was going to wait 30 days before writing a review , but there is no need to wait that long to tell you how awesome this chat is !



    I would love to see some free skins come up in a download area for it for the chat system owners , but thats not a complaint at all , just a thought. I am by no means a designer , but would love to have a few different skins to choose from.

  • Visichat After some really bad experience with different webcam chats. We were stunned with all the functions that are given with your webcam chat. All the problems we had with other chat products were solved and everything we needed of a chat is already implemented. Another brilliant thing is how simple the integration to our existing member database was. We really would like to recommend Gchat Design Studio.   • Visichat After six months searching for a video-chat that really fit our requirement, finally contact with Gchat Design Studio and order the first copy of Visichat. Well, first I was surprised because my linux level to integrate it in the server is poor and the response was incredibly fast and proffesional (they correct problems in the server and set-up all necessary to work). This was the first surprise, the second one was that... it worked with no problem!.

    The system has a lot of possible customitations and it's so easy to integrate with any existing web.

    Now we have ordered 2 new licences and we are sure wil not be the last ones.

I purchased Web Messenger and Visichat for our small (but strong) community at Predestinarian Network. For YEARS I've been wanting software that allows members to have true instant messaging on the website as well as have true voice and video web conferencing. I also required that it integrate into vbulletin software. Gchat Design Studio has made this dream come true for me. Their prices were competitive and their software is in my

    opinion much better than anything available at the time of purchase.

    I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am that this software has been integrated into our community.

  • Visichat Very nice chat software. I have 3 different styles of chats on my site. When I added visichat to my site it seemed to take over. My users love it. Very smooth video, great audio. Just wish I would of seen this software before I invested in other expensive cam chat software. Very affordable and worth every penny. I would recommend this software to anyone that wants a chat that offers cams and audio. The open mic in the rooms is a very nice touch to this software. Two thumbs up!

  • Visichat Visichat 2 does exactly that what we need in in a webcam chat. Easy to install. Fast text. Fast cams. Compared to many other camchat programs (and i tried quiet a few) this is as effective as it is simple.

    Where other flash based camchat programs often lag something terrible once you have 20+ people camming and chatting, Visichat just continues working flawless. We tested up to 40 concurrent users so far, and the text just keeps flowing.



    Visichat is continously updated. There are some improvements possible but the developers listen well to suggestions and implement suggestions almost on the spot. They also help you wherever they can.

    In short, this software performs better and is a lot cheaper than many of its "bigger brothers" where you pay 5-6 times the price but end up in a terrible performing chat with loads of lag, once over 20 camchatters.



    We run Visichat on our own Linux server, where it shares the red5 server/Visichat together with the phpbb Forum Community, 750 games, blogs , videoclips , photoalbum etc etc. It works perfect !

  • Visichat was a Friday night when I went onto GChats to check out what they have to offer hosting wise...I got to talk to a very helpful and patient admin who answered every single of my stupid questions and helped me through the whole process from the first click til the last bit (even now that I have the software, he's still helpful and available).

    This is a fantastic function and not only I love it, also my users love it and it's a great hosting. I'd recommend them straight away not only because it's awesome, also you get help the way you need it.

Then finaly i found Visichat, who have all the gr8 functions that mutch more expencive chat`s, and even more. But most of all the support is fantastic and very fast. just one thing to say, go for Visichat.

    i'm french..i tried 5 chat video voice...results? bugs..problem with translation,flash media needed.. i tried alternative solutions...was fine..i can't lie..but my customers was unhappy..me too!!! why?no together talk, no pics, in room, no zoom on cam, no private room, no firefox, now it's ok..!!!

All of my customers know that I have been looking for YEARS for a chat room where I could share both audio and web-cam at the same time while still allowing members to send text messages. This makes it easy and even gives me the choice of letting two or more people use mikes and cams. I like having options! This is also a huge improvement over the shortcomings of other chat rooms I have tried. The sound is clear and strong... the text fonts are actually readable... and the video is VERY easy on the eyes... no strobe effects or blurring. Everybody who has been in my chat room has said how much they love it and how easy it is to use. The biggest and best feature is the FREE INSTALLATION! The owner of G Chats answered my e mails the SAME day each time I contacted them. It seems to me this is someone not afraid to work and is interested in offering consumers a great value for their money. I have literally tripled my investment the first month by charging $50.00 per month for a chat room pass to access me and my hypnotic content online LIVE! I have also ordered some other technical work to be done on the chat room at a very reasonable price. I am grateful for once a chat room was not a headache, heartache, or wallet ache!

Prior to using Visichat we were using different chat software that was very unstable disconnecting members on a regular basis.   • Visichat I've tested them all, every single chat over 6 years! Hours and hours of testing, checking features. The best available was still very limited. Visichat is a solid gold treasurehouse. It's not only fast, sleek, and compact, packing in all that long list of features - it's flexible. I can do it MY way.

    Three things worth special comment are the efficient support, thorough customisation, and the amazingly intuitive nature of the design. No matter how high quality the wonderful features are, they are absolutely useless if you can't figure out how to use them, or you can't get it customised to YOUR needs, or you can't get hold of the guys who provide it when you need them. Visichat passes all that with flying colours.

    Fast personal support mostly immediate or within the hour.

    All the customising I wanted, a great deal of it free! and if not very fair custom prices.

    But you 're unlikely to need support to get going. Where most kits have me wailing repeatedly for support Visichat puts me in charge right away. All the controls are right there where you want them, with icons that are just plain obvious what they do.The controls do their job instantly; there's no fussing about with fiddly click sequences you have to remember. Just click the obvious button or icon, and see it happen.

    It's not only the user who gets the fast track either, the admin area is similarly straightforward (instead of, as so often, a messy afterthought). Here with my sweet Visichat my admin tasks are just as simple and comfortable as the chat itself.

    The support. In the end it's who's behind the code. Well Visichat is like a big powerful generous person who keeps saying Yes.

    I have spent 6 months searching the internet trying different chat room programs for my web site, spending money over and over again on trials that proved to be a disappointment! Every offer that included voice and video wanted an outrageous price as well as a high monthly fee! On top of that many didn't even work!
