From today all new Visichat license orders, Standard or Professional, will come with minor updates free of charge. Minor updates will remain free to download and install from the Customers Portal for the lifetime of the major version covered by the license at the time of purchase.

There will be a few changes in your Customers Portal account to reflect this. But don't worry - your license details will be easier to manage than ever before.

As a pleasant bonus of our new update model the license update limit is now gone! Visichat license holders can change their license details as many times as needed, subject to standard Visichat license agreement and GChat terms and conditions.

New major versions of Visichat, as and when these become available, will come with free minor updates as standard too. In short - there won't ever be a need to worry about renewals again.
