  • In most cases, the software will be available to download instantly after completing your order; In some cases which requires review on your payment, it would takes up to 2 business days.
    1. How to download the software?
    After completing the order, please follow these steps to download a copy of your software.
    • Visit customers portal
    • Login with your existing email address and password which you have registered with your order.
    • Click on My Licenses link.
    • Select the product.
    • Click on the download link.
    2. How many times can you download the software?
    We recommend you to keep a copy of the software in your computer for backup purpose in case that you need to reinstall it again; However, you can download the software up to 10 times from the customers portal. By renewing your subscription, this limit will be reset again.
    3. How to download the updates?
    With your order, you will get one year of free updates and the update package will be available in the customers area to download.
